Sustainable science
Reinventing biosolution production with more sustainable technology.
Aramis’ commitment to sustainability is expressed at three levels: the platform, the processes and the applications.
At the platform level, plant-based bioproduction relies on the natural abilities of plants to convert solar energy, CO₂ and renewable resources into complex biomolecules. This approach inherently reduces the energy requirements and environmental footprint associated with the manufacture of bio-based products.
At the process level, Aramis continues to continuously improve its operations to further reduce inputs, waste and greenhouse gas emissions. This approach has led to the adoption of advanced vertical cultivation technologies for plant-based production.
At the application level, Aramis puts its platform at the service of the development of sustainable biosolutions. This includes vaccines and biological products with a reduced environmental footprint, as well as biodegradable biostimulants aimed at reducing the use of chemical inputs in agriculture while strengthening the natural resistance of crops to biotic and abiotic stresses.
